Return & Exchange Guidelines
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, consumers are entitled to a 7-day inspection period starting from the date the product is received.
The inspection period is provided solely for the purpose of evaluating whether the product meets the consumer’s needs and does not constitute a trial or usage period.
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
- The product is unused and unopened.
- The product’s original condition is fully intact, including but not limited to:
- Product body and weight
- Protective seals or films
- Original packaging, outer box, accessories, warranty card, and invoice
- The product shows no signs of human-caused damage, including scratches, wear, stains, deformation, contamination, or any condition that may affect resale value.
If the returned product does not meet the above conditions, the Company reserves the right to reject the return request.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide the following information:
- Full name
- Order number
- Contact phone number
- Name of the product to be returned
- Reason for return/exchange and clear photos of the product
Returns or exchanges may only be processed after approval from Customer Service.
Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Circumstances
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 7-day inspection period
- Products that have been opened, used, or had tamper-evident seals broken
- Products with incomplete weight, appearance, packaging, accessories, warranty cards, or invoices
- Damage caused by human factors, including stains, malfunction, breakage, wear, abrasions, scratches, or contamination
- Precious metal products subject to price fluctuations (e.g., gold, silver) that have been opened and whose original value has been affected
- Products deemed to be part of abnormal or fraudulent return behavior
Special Notice for Precious Metal Products
Gold, silver bars, and other precious metal products sold by the Company are price-fluctuating commodities based on international market conditions.
The inspection period for such products is strictly limited to verifying appearance and specifications only.
The following circumstances do not constitute valid reasons for return:
- Changes in gold or silver prices or market fluctuations
- Investment decisions or personal subjective judgment
- Issues unrelated to product quality
- Products that have been opened, used, weighed, processed, or altered in any way that affects resale value

Refund Policy
- Credit Card Payments: After the returned product passes inspection, the refund will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
- Bank Transfer / Cash on Delivery: After the returned product passes inspection, the refund will be transferred to the bank account designated by the customer.
Actual posting time of refunds may vary depending on the processing time of the respective financial institution.
※ If the consumer fails to follow this Return & Exchange Policy, or if the returned product does not meet the return eligibility requirements upon inspection, the Company reserves the right to reject the refund request.
