Shipping Information
- In the event of insufficient inventory, pricing errors, or other exceptional circumstances, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order.
- After an order is placed (excluding the order date):
- In-stock items will be shipped within approximately 1–4 business days.
- Made-to-order items will be shipped within approximately 14 business days.
The above timeframes do not include weekends or public holidays. If a made-to-order item is completed earlier than expected, shipment will be arranged accordingly. We appreciate the customer’s patience and understanding. - Shipping and delivery services are processed Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No shipping or delivery is arranged on Saturdays or Sundays.
- If Chunghwa Post is selected as the delivery method, actual delivery conditions shall be subject to Chunghwa Post’s operational regulations and the postal carrier’s delivery status. Once the parcel has been successfully delivered by the postal carrier, signed for, or collected by the recipient in accordance with Chunghwa Post’s notification and pickup procedures, the delivery shall be deemed complete, and the Company’s delivery obligation and responsibility shall be fully fulfilled and terminated.
- If convenience store pickup is selected, customers must pay attention to the arrival notification message and complete pickup within 7 days after the parcel arrives at the designated store.
If the parcel is returned due to failure to collect within the specified period, any resulting shipping or related costs shall be borne by the customer. ※ Parcel holding periods are subject to the individual convenience store’s regulations. - Customers are advised to monitor delivery or pickup notifications and collect the parcel promptly. The Company shall not be held responsible for any delays, loss, returns, or other issues arising from failure to collect in a timely manner, incorrect recipient information, or other factors beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
- Product images are for reference only. Actual product colors may vary due to differences in computer or mobile device display settings. As many products are partially handmade, minor variations may occur. The actual delivered product shall prevail.
Other Important Notes
- After shipment, delivery status and progress shall be based on the tracking information provided by the logistics service provider.
- If an order is marked as delivered (including signed receipt or pickup completed in accordance with Chunghwa Post’s procedures) but the customer claims non-receipt, the customer must notify the Company’s customer service within 7 days from the delivery completion date.
Late notifications may be subject to logistics inquiry time limitations and may affect subsequent handling. The Company shall not be held responsible for such consequences. - Delivery times may be delayed due to weather conditions, traffic issues, public holidays, peak logistics periods, or other force majeure events. We appreciate your understanding.
- The Company reserves the right to the final interpretation, modification, and adjustment of this shipping and delivery policy.
